Listening:"The Pelican Brief"
is on TNT again. They're trying to get the law students' schedules right
now. Mmmmmm - Denzel.
Reading (perhaps quality): Loving The
Two Towers.
Reading (definitely pulp): Still too absorbed
in the Tolkien. Just got the third book and can't wait!
Drinking: spanish white wine, very cold.

I know what you're thinking.
You're thinking: "that Mo. She's
a crazy girl about town and is no doubt doing something cool with her
Friday night."
And you'd be right.
Yup it's friday and it's almost midnight
and I've been here all night, clad in pajama pants and a college sweatshirt.
So far tonight I've done four loads of laundry; watched "How The
Grinch Stole Christmas", the Charlie Brown Christmas Special, and
the Scooby Doo Christmas Special; wrapped several odd-shaped Christmas
presents; and did some cleaning around the house.
There were plans I could have joined
up with, a couple of happy hours and a dinner. But after spending so
much time this week getting my projects in shape for the final of my
graphic design class and with the weekend ahead busy the prospect of
an evening with nothing to do was too delicious to pass up.
It's almost midnight and there's still
a bit of straightening up to do, mountains of laundry to put away, and
a few more chapters of "The Two Towers" (silly me forgot to
put it in my bag this morning so I've been in suspense all day!) before
I sleep. But for an evening that sounds like it would be dull, it was
actually quite perfect.

Doing (life and related tasks): class is
done, had lots of projects at work and been busy at home.
Doing (crafty stuff): Talullah and I are
getting together this weekend for a day of resin and marbles... craft-o-rama!
Wanting: Nothing - all is well.
Anticipating: sleeping in manana!
